Once you download the app, input your cruise date and a countdown timer begins. That s how you know you're in business. Be sure to enable push notifications when you download the app if you re interested in using the phone and messenger feature. Once you are on board, access the Norwegian iConcierge app for step-by-step instructions on how to connect.
